  • Who is Little John & Petit Coco?
    Little John & Petit Coco is an online webshop based in Belgium with clothing, accessories and shoes for girls and boys from the age of premature baby up to 12 - 13 years. From basics till ceremony clothing, we offer affordable childrenswear that resembles the playfulness of children. The founder of Little John & Petit Coco is Tine Vanarendt. Most of the activities are managed by her... choosing collections, building and maintaining the website, preparing all orders, ... She is supported in this adventure by her whole family.
  • Do you have an ecological approach?
    At Little John & Petit Coco we are aware of the impact humans have on this world. Therefore, to guarantee the future of our children and out of respect for animals and this planet, we choose as much as possible for ecological solutions. Check out what we do: We only send our items in 100% ecological and compostable packaging. We work together with animal-friendly brands & retailers. We will always choose for faux fur when we have a choice. We buy our necessities of companies with an ecological label. We work together with brands that give attention to ecological problems in their campaigns. We keep on trying to improve as much as possible!   • Can I have my items gift-wrapped?
    Yess! We will gift wrap the selected items for you for free. This way you don't need to do anything when you receive the package or you can send it immediately to the right person. We will take off price tags (no worries, you or the third person can still return the item for an exchange). When you check out you will see an option "Do you want gift-wrapping" where you can write your wishes. Do you want all the items gift-wrapped for one person in the same package or do you want several packages...? You can write it down. Other special wishes can also be filled in, for example if you want to have a small note added. We will try to fulfill all your special requests!
  • Can I have an invoice of my purchase?
    Yess, you can! Fill in the name of the company together with the VAT registration number in the selected fields and we will send the invoice to your email address in the next days. Did you forget a field or did you made a mistake? Then contact us as soon as possible at
  • When will my items be shipped?
    We will ship your items as quickly as possible. Depending on when you have placed your order, items will be shipped the same or next business day. For pre-orders you will find the approximately shipping-time in the additional information.
  • What about the shipping costs and delivery methods?
    Shipping costs will vary depending on the country of delivery. We have free shipping for orders starting from €75 and more, depending on the country of delivery. You can find more information in our Shipping Policy. At the moment we have one pickup point, located in Belgium (Gistel) where you can pick up your package for free, regardless the amount of your order. For other packages we work together with DHL Shipping. Please note that import taxes or other fees associated with overseas purchasing are not covered in our shipping costs. We are based in the European Union.
  • When will I receive my package?
    Depending on the country of delivery it will take between 1 - 6 days starting from the moment of shipping. To find out how many days it approximately takes for your country you can check out our shipping policy. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your item has been shipped. Please note that because of the COVID-19 delivery time can take longer than usual.
  • Can I return an item?
    If the item does not fit you or if you are not happy with an item you have bought, you can return your item within 14 days, starting from the day after arrival. Send back the item and fill in the Return-form. Items that you want to return MUST be unwashed, unworn, unopened and in 'new' condition! A limitative list of items can not be returned.   • Can I cancel my order?
    We hope you don't ever have to cancel your order but sometimes things happen..., in that case please contact us as soon as possible! We try to ship your item as fast as possible so we allow cancellations as long as we haven't send your order. You can contact us by email or chat.
