If you are not happy with your item you can fill in this form and send it back to us, together with your unwanted item, within 14 days starting from the day after arrival. Check out our return policy to make sure your item is conform our returns rules.

Fill in this form and print it out (before you submit it) so you can send it enclosed with the item(s) you want to return.
Send your parcel back to us within 14 days, starting from the day after date of arrival.
Items must be carefully packed in their original condition with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box. Make sure nothing is damaged and that the item has not been used nor has any smell.
