At Little John & Petit Coco, we are dedicated to give our customers a fair and enjoyable shopping experience. By accessing or using the website and our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. How to order
Select the preferred item and place it into the shopping cart, when you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon and check out. If you are an existing customer you login into your account. If not, you can check out as a guest or you can choose for a quick registration (this only contains a few questions), so that you don't have to put in your information next time you are visiting us. If you check out as a guest you need to enter your address so that we are able to send your purchase to the right address. Read and agree with the conditions ( Store Policy & Return Policy) and select a payment method. You will be able to make payments with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Ideal, Bancontact ... Follow the instructions provided by the chosen method. You can now buy your item(s) by clicking on the pay button. Make sure before clicking on the pay button that you have the right item(s) in the right size in your shopping cart. Acces of registration can be denied if we believe your information is not correct or if we have any other reasons to believe this measure is necessary. Please note that when buying an item you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
Accepting your order
Inmediately after placing your order you will receive an email on the selected address, with the details of your order. WIthin 3 days you will receive a confirmation of your order if the payment has been successfully. We are seeking to give you the best service and we will send your order as fast as possible. We try to be as precise as possible by giving you updated information. Nevertheless it can happen that there is an error and that we can not send the item as a result of this. If this would happen we will contact you as soon as possible (within 3 days) so we can look for an appropriate solution, together.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed while checking out. Prices are inclusive VAT in the selected currency. Please note that it is possible you need to pay additional import duty's and taxes, depending on your country (we are located in the EU).
Shipping
We will ship your products as soon as we have send you the confirmation of your purchase. Shipping-time is approximately 1 day for the Benelux and 3 days for the rest of Europe. Unforeseen circumstances can delay the arrival of your purchase. You can find some more information about shipping here. Little John & Petit Coco can not be hold responsible for losses and delays caused due to the courier or unforeseen situations. If any problem would rise, we will off course help you to fix this.
Returns
You (or any third party, that is not the forwarder) can return the item(s) bought, within 14 days after receiving them, conform our returning policy that you can find here. Items must be send back in their original branded package without damage and with all their labels on. The items can not have been damaged or used. All the costs for the returning are for the buyer unless other mentioned. The right to withdrawal is not applicable for items with personalisation and a limitative list of a few other items, click here to see which items can not be returned.
Guarantee
As foreseen by law you have the legal guarantee. Products must be conform European principles and standards. Legal disputes will be solved under Belgian jurisdiction.
Promotion codes and gift vouchers
Only one promotion code can be used at a time. A combination of several promotion codes is not possible. Gift vouchers can not be refunded in cash.
Privacy
Data is exclusively used to improve our website. Personal data will only be stored with your approve in order to bring our services. Therefore we will give the essential data (name and address) to the shipping company so they can deliver your order.
The right to be forgotten contains that your personal information can be removed at any time when requested.
Intellectual Property
All rights on data, pictures and other content on www.littlejohnandpetitcoco.com and our other social media accounts is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and can not be used without permission, except where indicated. The name "Little John & Petit Coco" and "Little John and petit Coco" is a registered name that can not be used in any way without our approval. Only our home page can be linked with third parties. Authorisation can be requested on info@littlejohnandpetitcoco.com.
The right to change and modify the terms and conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
The right to change prices
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
