At Little John & Petit Coco we do everything we can to offer you as a customer a fair and pleasant shopping experience. Please read our store policy carefully below, so that everything is clear to you. We try to present our Terms and Conditions as easy and understandable as possible, but please note that this content is binding upon a purchase and carries legal consequences.

Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and sales made on the website www.littlejohnandpetitcoco.com. When placing an order, the consumer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions without restriction and without reservation. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer electronically. If this is not possible due to technical problems, Little John & Petit Coco will deliver the General Terms and Conditions to the consumer as soon as possible electronically or free of charge by post after the distance contract has been concluded.
Place order
Select the desired item and place the item in the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart and pay. If you are an existing customer, please log in to your account. If you are not (yet) a registered customer, you can choose to register quickly or check out as a guest. Enter the address details and read our terms and conditions (General Terms and Conditions and Return Policy). If you agree, you can continue with your purchase, if not, you can contact us for more information, comments or any objection. We will then discuss with you what solution we can offer. Then select a payment method, you can pay with the different payment methods indicated. Follow the instructions of the chosen method and finalize your order. Before you click on the payment button, check whether you have placed the correct items in the correct size in the shopping cart.
Access to registration may be denied if we believe that the information is incorrect or if we have other reasons to believe that this measure is necessary.
Accept the order
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an email to the chosen email address with the details of your order. You will usually receive confirmation of your order within the first 3 working days if payment has been successful and your order is ready to be shipped. We strive to provide you with the best service and ship your order as quickly as possible. We usually ship your order the same business day or the next business day. Due to force majeure, confirmation may take longer. We try to be as accurate as possible and keep you up to date with the most recent information. Little John & Petit Coco's offer is indicative and contractually non-binding. It may happen that a product is not in stock and that we cannot ship the item. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a suitable solution (we will return the amount or send you an alternative, as you wish). Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Little John & Petit Coco and can under no circumstances lead to compensation for the consumer.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown during check out. Prices include VAT in the selected currency. Please note that you may have to pay additional import duties and taxes depending on the country the package is to be shipped to. Little John & Petit Coco is a company based within the European Union.
Shipping
Items will only be shipped when the full purchase amount including shipping costs has been paid. A confirmation email with shipping details will be sent once the purchased items are ready for shipping or at the collection point. Parcels collected in the store or at one of our collection points will be ready before noon on the same day or the next working day (not on Sundays) (except for sale items). For packages that are sent, the delivery time from dispatch is on average 1 - 2 working days for Belgium and the Netherlands and 2 - 3 days for other countries within Europe, depending on the destination. If it is very important that your order is sent immediately due to great time pressure, it is best to contact us via WhatsApp on +32 485 39 06 06 and by email ([email protected]). We can provide urgent delivery upon payment.
Delay
Unforeseen circumstances may delay the shipment of your purchase. Little John & Petit Coco cannot be held responsible for shipping losses and delays. Delays in shipping cannot in any way affect the purchase and do not entitle the consumer to compensation in any way. If a problem arises, we will of course help you to solve it as quickly as possible and we will immediately contact the courier service.
Losses and damage
In the event of loss or damage, we will act as a contact person for the relevant courier service and will take the necessary steps to open a file with the courier service. The file must be completely processed by the courier service before any compensation can be paid. This compensation cannot exceed the amount of the purchase and any shipping costs. We will keep you informed throughout the processing of a file. The risk of damage or loss of the purchased items passes to the customer, or a party designated by the customer, from the moment the goods were physically obtained by the customer or the designated party. If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and forward it to us so that we can report this to the courier service. If a package is severely damaged, please refuse it.
Returns
As a consumer, you can use the right of withdrawal for items intended for private use. The purchased items can be returned within the next 14 days. Little John & Petit Coco starts this period from the day after receipt. A third party for whom the purchased items are intended but who is not the buyer, can also use the right of withdrawal. The items must comply with our return policy which you can find here. Items must be returned in their original branded packaging without damage and with all labels attached to the item. The items must not be damaged or used. All return costs are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items with personalization and an exhaustive list of other items that you can find on the 'Returns' page. As a customer, you can always use our returns service where we offer the return label at a favorable rate for a fee. Please always contact us within 14 days before returning an item. For international shipments, it is very important that all necessary documents are correctly added to the package. We strongly recommend that you wait with the return shipment until we have provided you with these documents, so that everything proceeds correctly. We are not responsible for returns that are not properly accompanied by customs and other documents. In previous cases we will act as a contact person to manage the return shipment, but we cannot be held liable in any way if this is not successful.
Guarantee
As provided by law, as a consumer you benefit from all guarantees as determined by law. If you encounter a defect in the purchased item, you can report this to us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will inform the manufacturer of this. The manufacturer will then examine the defect with his technical team and decide whether or not the defect constitutes a production error. Little John & Petit Coco will inform you of the decision taken by the producer and will implement this decision. If the producer has decided that there is no production error, Little John & Petit Coco can still propose a solution.
Promotional codes and gift vouchers
Only one promotional code can be used per purchase. A combination of multiple promotional codes is not possible. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded in cash.
Privacy
We respect and follow the rules regarding the use of data of natural persons as laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data will only be stored with your permission. We pass on the essential data (name, address, email, telephone number) of our buyers to the transport company that we appoint to deliver the order(s). The buyer agrees to this upon purchase.
The right to be forgotten means that all personal data can be deleted at any time upon request.

Intellectual Property
All rights to data, images and other content on www.littlejohnandpetitcoco.com and our other social media accounts are protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and cannot be used without permission except where noted. The name "Little John & Petit Coco" and "Little John and Petit Coco" is a registered name and may not be used in any way without our permission. Only our homepage can be linked to third parties. Authorization can be requested at [email protected].
The right to change and modify the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. If we change the Terms in a material way, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
The right to change prices
The sales prices and prices we charge for the use of our services such as shipping are unambiguously stated on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products and services displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. This is done in an honest and correct manner.
Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. If a legal dispute arises with Little John & Petit Coco, the Court of Bruges has exclusive jurisdiction to hear this dispute.
