If you are not happy with an item of your order you can return your item within 14 days starting from the day after date of arrival. We will refund you or give you a store credit, as you wish. No reason has to be specified. Note that some limited articles can not be returned, Check the conditions below to see what can not be returned.
FIRST THINGS FIRST!
Write an email to [email protected] within 14 days after you have received your order, with your name, phone number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you an email with all the information (return adress, necessary documents and other information).
For returns from countries out of the EU: Please wait until you have received a confirmation email of us with all the necessary information and documents! This to avoid any inconveniences with incomplete or wrong customs declaration.
Send your items within 14 days after you have received your order back to us. There is no problem if you exceed the returning period of 14 days when you did send an email on time, just wait on the instructions and send it within 3 working days as soon as you have received the email with the instructions.
Pack your items carefully in their original condition with all labels on (see conditions below).

We maintain a reasonable period to receive your package, we can refuse the package when the delivery period took too long.
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS NEXT...
As soon as we receive your returned item we will let you know this by email. We will check your item within the next 5 business days and we will refund you or put the amount on your store card, as you wish. You will receive an email about this and you can check the status of your returning in your account.
CONDITIONS
Please note that the item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels still on. Items that have a special security tag can only be returned when the tag is still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box with belongings.
Items can not show any signs that they have been worn or they will not be accepted. Therefore we strongly advice you to try your order as soon as possible and keep it in a fresh place where no odors can effect the clothing before returning. Items that have been damaged will not be accepted so make sure you try your new shoes on a clean surface and that you are carefully while trying clothing pieces on.
Hair accessories, underwear and bow ties can not be returned.
Swimwear can be returned when the hygienic sticker has not been removed
